Yesterday we went on a picnic in Madera Canyon. It was beautiful, with water flowing. We invited Mason's friend Joshua and his parents so Mason would have a buddy to play with. That was a great idea, because they had a blast! It was so much fun just watching them play in the water. We threw things in the water and watched them float down.
Here the boys are "fishing" which sometimes consisted of screaming "I got one" but usually involved running around like crazy waving a stick (the fishing pole). Fortunately no one got hurt by the sticks and they had a lot of fun.
The boys wanted to hold hands when crossing the water. This was in the beginning before they became fearless.
Camryn was a doll. She was happy being held or sitting on the ground eating leaves.
