Millipedes!

Here Mason is closely observing the millipedes we caught. They are like worms that come out after it rains. It's been a nice monsoon season, and the ground is pretty wet, so there are millipedes everywhere! We went for a nice walk around the neighborhood Sunday morning and caught three, observed them, and released them that night.

Sometimes these kids are just SO CUTE! (Ok, most of the time, but this time we have it on video.) Cami has made up a bird call, though maybe it's a "Mama call" because it makes me melt and come running!



Mason created an imaginary instrument and played songs for us. Camryn danced and sang, too.

Monkey Business

Nana was in town last week and we went to the local children's gaming restaurant where we let the kids run wild. Mason did such a great job, it was the first time he could do some of the advanced games on his own. Camryn's favorite time was with the balloon.



She was brave enough to play on the big toys.

Well, don't know why these photos turned out so crappy, but I wanted to share Cami at the Children's Museum in the kitchen. She was so cute, putting pans in and out of the oven microwave, and stove, and wearing the oven mitts. Mason was off by himself in another room, Cami has started throwing fits and wanting to be in different rooms. Easier to comply than have a screaming child. The trip is all about the kids having fun!
